我想人喜歡找節目，不喜歡一人獨處，很大原因是害怕清醒的面對自己，是不是可以坦誠問問自己内心現在的自己是否是自己理想中的自己，自己的生活是不是真的想要的，陪伴自己生活的人和朋友是不是真的志同道合，對生活有著同樣追求和認知。這些是很複雜又很殘酷的問題，很多時候可能心底清醒知道答案，但也沒有勇氣改變，所以時間久了也不想去清楚面對這些問題，所以就更讨厭一個人清醒地獨處，所以就會有著各種各樣的party和獨自喝酒逃避現實的人。很多人每天生活在城市邊緣，每天與朋友一起喝醉度日，看似很開心，其實可能只是不願清醒地面對真實生活；很多人每天生活在幻想當中；很多人看似有很多計劃想法或者夢想，但是也懶得付出行動。久而久之，幸福感随著日常瑣碎生活，顯得那樣蒼白無力。幸福感來自對自己的肯定，對自己身邊的人和生活的滿足和肯定，然而有時覺得，每個人的想法都是那樣的不同，很多時候會覺得生活很辛苦；每天累于解釋各種想法和別人溝通，甚至在與自己内心掙紮，也是累到精疲力盡。
我只是又到了一個大腦短路的時期，又在無聊的思考自己的人生和想要的生活了...令人感動的歌曲
